From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth by the front desk staff. They were kind, friendly, and made the check-in process very smooth. The clinic itself is clean and well-maintained with an atmosphere that puts you at ease. The real standout is Dr.Jaligam/ Jaggu. He took the time to truly listen to my concerns and focused on the root of the issue. He emphasizes the importance of a healthy lifestyle to support the body and heart in the long run. It’s clear he’s not just treating symptoms, but guiding patients toward lasting wellness. He is a rare gem! Five stars, without hesitation.

Dr. Jaligam is AWESOME!! He explains the heart and the way medications help to improve the heart function. He encourages lifestyle change over pushing medications unless immediately necessary and will work on a plan to get you to your optimal health and off the medication. Dr. Jaligam is very nice and allows you to ask questions and answers thoroughly. The office staff is also very friendly. The office is nice and clean and offer free drinks.

I requested a doctor’s note for my visit and have called the office more than 10 times. Each time, I was told it would be sent the next day, but I never received anything. I was then asked to schedule an appointment to discuss it in person. During the appointment, Dr. Juggu assured me the note would be sent by the end of the day, but I still have not received it. The staff has been very unprofessional in handling my calls, and the doctor indicated he was busy while making promises that were never fulfilled. At this point, I no longer feel I can trust this office.
