Walgreens Pharmacy

Horrible pharmacy organization. I'm on vacation and had a script called in a week prior to arriving. Multiple phone calls made to secure a smooth transition. I take this daily and they failed to order it. Upon calling I was told they don't know when it will be there. Refused to transfer anywhere. When a person takes meds on a daily basis it should not be disrupted due to incompetent staff!!

I called Friday, I was due for a refill. I didn’t understand why they couldn’t transfer the medication and was looking for some information so I could understand the reason why, the pharmacist was very short with me and she was not good at explaining, she literally said no I can’t fill it , have your doctor send a prescription, i already had a doctor send a prescription, I literally coudnt understand what the issue was , remind you , it’s an anxiety medication, and the pharmacist is yelling at me and being super rude for not understanding the pharmacy protocol and wanting to get some information on my medication . Please be kind. You never know what people go thru each day , and being nice and kind can change someone’s day in a positive way.

Went to island location for covid shot. Pharmacist said my insurance would not pay. NOT TRUE. Confirmed with insurance company that they would pay. Went to a different Walgreens and received the shot without an issue. This is not the first time, this pharmacist said my insurance wouldn't pay and received medication.

I’m a Physician . I called - tried to call - in a simple non controlled prescription. The pharmacy’tech’ said they were too busy and hung up on me !!!!

Helped out with Rx when in a bind, after 40years of practice
