My Orthopedic surgeon recommended Alla and Physio Care and I couldn’t be more impressed! Alla works in partnership with physicians to really get to the heart of the issues and come up with the proper solutions! Patients are never rushed and care is top notch! Excellent Physical Therapist!!!!!

In September, I was referred to Alla by a sports masseuse, Nicki Woods, to help with a weak shoulder that has prevented me from swimming my laps for almost one year. As a very active mom, who still completes in Masters Swimming, Alla’s very specific and targeted exercises have gotten to my root problems (all the small muscles) and gotten me back in the water. In just 10 weeks, I have made big progress in my strength and with continued lessening pain. Also, week to week Alla will work on other areas of my body, such as my back and hips, which all need strengthening and are connected to my shoulder problem. Alla is the best physical therapist I have ever worked with. She has helped me at strengthening my core, improving my balance, and helping to strengthen my knees. All of my exercises are done willingly, because Alla makes everything fun. She has cheered my successes, and sympathized when I have setbacks. I know that I will be returning to her in the near future to work on other issues.
