Walgreens Pharmacy

I can never get the prescriptions on time ever. Making it impossible to stay on them because once I order I have to wait daaaaays because you can't order early. The line is always so long. It's taken me about 45 min to just wait before and it sucks. No express pick up or pull up and park options.

Long lines every time I go. They put you on never ending hold hoping you'll hang up so they don't have to deal with you. Constantly understaffed by design to save money, at the expense of customer service

I've been going here for more than 10 years. The last couple years the place as gone down hill. Every month I have to call several times to straighten things out. The latest was them telling me the insurance company is saying my date of birth was wrong even though they had no problem the day before. I spent almost 2 hours back and forth with Walgreens and my insurance. Turns out that Walgreens was entering the wrong ID number. I also have to check the automatic refills because that screws things up too. I'm done.

Love the way the staff is at this store. Such amazing people ! Keena was the best while helping me figure out if i need something for photos.

Walgreens needs to update their Pharmacy hrs, especially for people that work, this is my 3rd attempt to get my antibiotics the Dr. thinks I'm already taking. If you are temporary closing your Pharmacy early, you need to be considerate, and kind enough to think of your customers. & change your hours both on the site & at your store, please think of your customers with respect. Show consideration & Kindness. If you say closes at 9 pm but you actually closed at 4pm then let your customers know, without customers you would not be in business. One day is understandable but if this is a temporary prolonged issue, then Freaking say so.
