Today was my first visit at Brian Scott Orthodontics, and I had such a great experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even Dr. Scott himself was very kind and personable, which immediately made me feel comfortable. I was a little nervous because I had already started my treatment in another state, but they made the transition so smooth and easy. Everything was explained clearly, and the process felt organized and stress-free. Switching to this office was truly the best move for me. I’m so happy I chose them and look forward to continuing my treatment here!

This entire office is absolutely amazing, my braces come off next week, a few months earlier than expected, very excited. Every single appt I’ve had one thing that has always stood out is that everyone seems genuinely happy and enjoys where they work. Absolutely love Bryan Scott Orthodontics, his staff is so friendly and accommodating. I had an emergency dental appointment and needed my wire out within hours before my dental appointment, somehow they made it happen. On my return to put the wire back in, they noticed my follow appointment was in two days and instead of taking more time off work they just advanced the appointment two days and I was on my way. I had an unusual orthodontic need. Dr. Scott was knowledgeable and helpful. He is very friendly and looks after his patients. His dental assistant staff are very well trained. In a world where customer service seems to have become less hospitable Dr. Scott’s front office staff is very friendly, encouraging, and they have kept up with my various life challenges since I had braces on as an adult. Dr. Scott and his team are incredibly friendly and professional, and they make every visit enjoyable. Aside from being a great orthodontist, Dr. Scott brings a unique energy to the office—sometimes even singing—which makes the whole experience memorable. He can sing anything from Willie Nelson to the Back Street Boys.
