Walgreens Pharmacy

Trying to pick up a prescription and am told 15-20 minutes.?When I check with the clerk after 25 minutes I am told the previous clerk never notified the pharmacist and now I can wait up to an hour. Not sure why they are filling scripts that people are not here for and making walk in people wait so long Def need a better system, I don’t care how busy they are

Walgreens buying out Rite-aid was a huge mistake and has become such an issue with medication. I have mental health issues and just waited 4 days to fill my scripts.i called on day 2 and was on hold for an hour. Then had my fiancé go down on day 3 to physically talk to someone and she was in the store for an hour and a half. Now I am 4 days off my meds, having bad side effects and have to go see my doctor. This is a liability and this company should get fined/shutdown for tampering/exceeding time limits on medication that’s NEEDED for there customers. For 6 months now iv heard “short staffed”. Isn’t there an Hr department.. somebody who hires people… why am I dealing with repercussions to somebody else not doing there job. Switch your pharmacy and save yourself the headache. Hope and pray

If I can choose to put zero stars, I would I have never seen anything worse than this pharmacy. That’s the worst one at all my medicine they keep calling me for five days that it’s ready whenever I go to pick it up they said oh we’re sorry. We are filling it out right now. Come in 30 minutes then I go back in 30 minutes. They say oh come back in another 30 minutes. They keep doing that then why do you keep calling me every time at 8 AM to tell me your medicine is ready and then when I go to pick it up, there is nothing.

My prescriptions were sent in on Monday morning, I called each day and the machine said they're not done yet I called Thursday morning and talked to a human at 10:00 a.m. and the lady said that they would be done soon I said good I'm heading out of town today I really need them she says they will be done soon. 4 hours later I take a 45-minute drive to the store and they tell me they're not done yet they'll try to fill them then I wait over 50 minutes in a chair for them to then tell me they don't have all the medicine. I'm switching pharmacies, don't have time for this poor communication wasting my time.

I understand being short staffed but 3 months in a row being late on picking up my prescriptions is unacceptable. I ran out of one of my medications a week ago and I sent this script in the get refilled 2 1/2 weeks ago! I even went in and asked them about it once and they said they're behind. No kidding. I ran out of my medication and that's not healthy for me to do. Its unacceptable. I just switched pharmacies and won't be putting my trust in Walgreens ever again.
