Walgreens Pharmacy

Do not use this pharmacy! The customer service is the worst I have ever encountered at any pharmacy ever. The staff are not efficient, the electronic call system says a script is ready and then You get there wait an hour to find out not only is there nothing ready but they don’t have anything on file. The phone system is not accurate and the staff are not helpful. This has happened 3 different times to me before switching to cvs. This pharmacy needs new management. CVs has been great no issues. Do not use this pharmacy.

I used the photo department passport service today. While I waited I also purchased a couple of items using my OTC card. CONNOR was very helpful explaining the checkout prices for the items and the passport. An easy experience made so by his patience and being willing to be helpful.

The absolute worst customer service around. I am not sure if they are just not paying as well at Walgreens as they are at CVS, but holy cow, this is the definition of incompetence. 3 times in 2 days I went there because they would text our prescription was ready, and it would show $0 copay, but on day one we got there, and it became a $100 copay...but what is really nuts is that we called them after speaking with our insurance provider and they confirmed that it is in fact a $0 copay, but when I went back the next day, it became a $430 copay?! I can tolerate stupidity, but when it is delivered with a big slice of rudeness, that is when I knew I had to post a review. Esmeralda was amazing in helping us canvases for our home. She went above and beyond to get them done for us and help us with everything. Dan was also awesome in helping us find coupons and complete our order. Great customer service!

Pharmacy tech “Travis” or “Trevor” (refuses to say which is his name when I’ve asked) raises his voice, interrupts, rolls his eyes, ignores me, and overall represents the most disrespectful, rude, and incompetent customer service I’ve experienced anywhere. I’ve been coming here for years and he’s just gotten worse. I’ve been nothing but calm and respectful towards him, but it doesn’t matter. Always a demeaning experience dealing with this guy.
