Lauren has been excellent to work with. She is so easy going and put me at ease right away. She is so kind, and was really accommodating as I brought my newborn to appointments. She has helped me immensely with rebuilding core strength postpartum, and additionally, she was happy to help me improve strength and mobility in the context of running, etc. I highly recommend Lauren and Trailhead PT. :)

I had been suffering from sciatica for over 6 months. Working with many holistic modalities gave me minimal relief along with RX pain meds. However, I quickly found relieve when I started going to Erica for pelvic floor therapy. Each visit gave me relieve of the pain which had consistently been registering a #8 on the scale. I was exhausted from the ongoing pain and frankly, at 68 years young, was feeling old and rather hopeless. Erica's treatment and exercises gave me the relief and recovery I was hoping for. I had been having pregnancy sciatic extreme pain. Erica did a very thorough exam and completely addressed the situation and figure it out the cause of my sciatic pain. She not only helped relieve this pain but her knowledge and explanation of what my body was doing was absolutely mind blowing. I left my appointment not only felt better physically, but also mentally to know what my real underlying issues where and an understanding of how my body was reacting.
