Walgreens Pharmacy

Review is for the pharmacy. Refused to fill my prescription due to my doctor being over 30 miles away from their store despite over three years of monthly refills with the same doctor, same medicine, and same dosage at Walgreens pharmacies confirmed on their system and all the other good faith reasons the pharmacist decided to ignore.

They show little concern for helping you get your prescriptions filled, no matter how important and don't value your time at all. I have spent days being strung along on with partial stories about why my prescription is delayed. I've been on hold for an eternity just to be never answered and hung up on multiple times. If you want your medicine you have to work for it. Ask them all the questions because otherwise you won't get any information and call your doctor yourself if you have issues.

Tia is a true asset at the Thomson, Georgia Walgreens pharmacy. I was always impressed at her impeccable customer service, and even more so at my most resent pickup this week. I observed her greet multiple customers in the drive thru by name (yes!) as soon as they pulled up to her window! This is a lost trait in most customer service jobs. Not with Tia! She makes each person feel important and greets them with a smile. I appreciate all she does for our local pharmacy.

This pharmacy needs to get there priorities straight. We came from Stapleton Ga to fill and pick up a prescription covered by ambetter insurance. They said for us to wait 30 min. For pickup. We come back just to hear them say the insurance for my fiance wasnt found but it was fine before and he has a active account...then went on to say my prescription will be finished to drive around..we drove behind 3 cars and waited again just for them to say we thought we had the generic but we dont it will be done tomorrow. Completely Unprofessional!!! Thanks for a day wasted "wanna be pharmacist helpers" Never again!
