Dr Pitts comes highly recommended. He’s very professional and explains the procedure in great detail, but easy to understand. You can tell he is compassionate about his patients. Dena, his PA is 5 stars in friendliness and professionalism. I know I am in great hands with this crew. The office staff is quick and efficient. From Dr visit to surgery schedule, Ive had zero complaints.

I walked in and approached the receptionist. She got my info and looked me up, as I was a former patient of Dr Pitts. She got my insurance info ,collected my company and told me to take a seat, that someone would call me back to see the doctor. Everything ran so smoothly. X-rays done exam of my knee and then advised of my knee being alright. That my only problem was the fluid that had collected on my knee. Dr Pitts advised my of how my body was healing its self but that it will take time to do so. I felt like he cared and had advised me with enough info to get better. He also suggested balance theorpy to perhaps prevent another fall. So I feel much better and was glad that I might get some help that would prevent another fall. Every one was friendly and ready to get the necessary things do

Over all a great experience from start to finish, office staff are friendly and accommodating. Back office staff are comforting and knowledgeable. Dr Pitts is awesome, I would definitely refer friends and family to this practice.. overall a pleasant experience

It was nice, everyone was pleasant. On time with scheduleing. The person doing the X-Ray was very nice.Well every one was. No complaints for today.

Every time I see him, he's down to earth and really concerned about my well-being. My back ,my legs.By the grace of God Dr.Kukowski has done a great job performing my surgery and after care. May God continue to bless him.
