Walgreens Pharmacy

This Walgreens location was a little disappointing. It seemed under-staffed and the shelves lacked inventory. Almost everything was locked up, which made shopping inconvenient and frustrating. Definitely not the smooth experience you’d expect from a quick stop at Walgreens.

This pharmacy has the longest wait times To fill, pick up, or receive any help whatsoever. Plus, the staff are rude and disrespectful, uncaring to your situations

Shadia is a pharmacy tech that is very disrespectful and unprofessional. I tried to ask her a question about a situation to come up with a solution and she grabbed my prescriptions and threw them on the ground and said she's not going to help. She also was mocking at the fact that I couldn't afford a medication and made a scene about it. I felt viloated with my privacy rights

LOST MY DROP OFF PRESCRIPTION. absolutely terrible customer service at the pharmacy. i waited on hold for over 30 minutes, it would ring they’d answer and then immediately put me back on hold. i call back and hour later and they have no record of my prescription

Kenneth and their team here is absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond helping us with a photo project. We had a last-minute order before closing at midnight, and not only did they get it finished, but they also offered very reasonable pricing. Kenneth truly understood what we were asking for and worked so hard to make it happen. We were exhausted after our flight, visiting from NJ to help at an outreach youth retreat, and their extraordinary kindness and thoughtfulness meant the world to us. Kenneth’s tremendous efforts turned a stressful situation into a wonderful experience. This location at 1745 E Southern Ave, Tempe, AZ 85282 is a hidden gem. Thank you again to Kenneth and the team, we are incredibly appreciative!
