Releaseology - Physical Therapy

I had a great experience at Releaseology – Physical Therapy with Sara. After just one session, I noticed about 30% relief in my tailbone pain as well as improvement with my low back disc issues. What really stood out was her non-traditional approach to physical therapy—it felt very personalized and focused on getting real results rather than just following a routine. I want to first state that Sara is so easy to talk to and very likeable, which is important to me as a patient because the service she provides can be very personal and it lasts an hour. You need to feel comfortable to express how you are really feeling to get the full treatment. I went to Sara for chronic lower back pain. She pointed out several issues including scar tissue that were contributing to my years of paid. I saw Sara multiple times and each session I left feeling instant relief. The "homework" stretches she advised I do between sessions also provided relief. I believe and support in Releaseology 100%!
