Walgreens Pharmacy

As a prescribing physician and as a patient filling simple non controlled medications I can say I am underwhelmed.

My husband had his prescription sent here. He was told on the automated service it wouldn't be until 2:30pm to get filled. It was sent at 11:30am. 2:30 came and went and when he called they said they don't take our insurance. They do, we checked. Very rude and waste of time to not call!!!

Really slow, service is sometimes nonexistent. The automated phone system sucks, even by normal standards, and it frequently hangs up on you. They do fill prescriptions and don’t seem to screw that up much. Update: Same day delivery apparently doesn't mean on the weekends. Wish I had been told that. I tried a Saturday delivery and it didn't mention anything about no deliveries on weekends. I could have just ordered it online and picked it up later, now I have to wait until Monday. Dropping my rating from 2 to 1 star. I think it's time to move on to another pharmacy.

The pharmacist on the phone is such a joy to talk to. The pharmacists in-store are pleasant and very helpful as well.

DO NOT GET YOUR COVID TEST HERE!!! I was told to be 5 minutes early. I was 8 minutes early and they sent me to the back of the line because my appointment wasn’t until 2:30 and it was 2:22. I sat there for a total 30 minutes because there was a line behind me. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS WASTE OF EVERYONES TIME.
