Walgreens Pharmacy

I rarely leave reviews, but the experience I had at Walgreens’ pharmacy was frustrating enough that it needs to be said. The pharmacy technician Derek was rude and impatient. I understand pharmacies get busy, but that’s not an excuse for speaking to customers with attitude. Another atrocious situation that I had to experience was with this pharmacy technician called Ellie. She told me that I had to wait for my medications and when I did, she would just clock out and leave my business unfinished like she was brushing me off. Be aware that she did this to me twice. Both technicians came across as careless and poorly trained. Simple questions turned into attitude, eye-rolling, and zero accountability. It honestly felt like no one there cared whether the customer got the right information or

They always argue with me about manufacturers saying "it's all the same thing" when it is recorded that I am intolerant to certain inactive ingredients, and they tell me that unless my doctor writes down to maintain filling my scripts with a specific manufacturer, they argue with me more about how they're "not obligated" to use my preferred manufacturers. That could be fine, except even when my doctors write it down, they conveniently miss the doctor's note on the prescription. Be careful about trying to pick things up close to the closing time too, because they will close five minutes or more early, and drag things out denying you your medication so that they can tell you the clock says a time that actually is a couple minutes past closing to rub it in that they're closed. I am so tired

I asked a woman a price today 1/7. She was packing out himalayas chips today thats how specific i will get! I asked for a price! I seen in her back pocket she had scanner! She could of scanned for the price and find the upc! Rude as ever!!!!! Do better walgreens! Atleast the register lady for morning /noon shift was sweet ! Do better!!!!

Horrible service—this is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Calls go unanswered, medications are repeatedly unavailable, and there is a complete lack of concern for patients. My 82-year-old father has been waiting over a week for an insurance override, while the pharmacy claims to be too overwhelmed to even answer a call from the insurance carrier. This is unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and the clear “we don’t care” attitude is deeply troubling. It feels like they are simply collecting a paycheck with no regard for serving the community. Calling Corporate headquarters to see if they care enough to make a change.

I came to pick up my medication with my husband, and the pharmacy tech named Kareem was extremely rude and unprofessional toward me. His attitude was dismissive and unpleasant, yet he was noticeably polite and respectful to my husband, which made the interaction even more uncomfortable. Customer service should be consistent and respectful to everyone, and that was not the case here. His behavior came across as arrogant and careless, and it left me feeling disrespected. I genuinely feel bad for customers and fellow pharmacy techs who have to deal with this kind of attitude regularly. I hope the store or pharmacy manager addresses this issue, because no one should be treated this way when simply trying to pick up their medication.
