I’ve been going to Dent-Care for years and am grateful to have them in the neighborhood. It’s difficult to find consistency nowadays, but I can confidently say that, based on my experience, they’ve been wonderful every time. Their receptionists are warm and kind, their hygienists (as everyone else mentioned - big shout out to Chanda!) are extremely caring and personable, and their doctors are true professionals who take the time to genuinely care.

I've been going to Dent Care Dental for more than 5 years and counting. Since my first visit, I have had no complaints. Chanda has been doing my cleaning since the beginning and every single time treats me with care and very informative. I've done two wisdom teeth extracts and both were done well. Dr. Volker is who usually attends me, but I've also been attended by others, and simply great experience. Front staff is also very friendly and welcoming, and would highly recommend. Very fortunate to have found this dental office.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Volker since 2009(!), and I can confidently say I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dental care. I’ve since moved away from Queens, but no matter where I am, I will always make the trip to see him. Dr. Volker combines exceptional skill with a gentle, calming presence (and a great sense of humor) that immediately puts you at ease, even if you usually dread going to the dentist. He’s incredibly thorough, honest, and never pushes unnecessary treatments. His work is meticulous, and I’ve always felt completely confident in his care. Coming to Dent Care Dental was the best decision I made for my overall oral hygiene. The doctors are kind, gentle and have superb quality of work. The office is very sanitary. The front desks ladies and assistants are lovely to be around. I came for a cleaning that was done by Chanda and left super happy! She is very welcoming and funny! I will definitely be coming back as a regular patient!!!

Dent-Care Dental referred me out to a dental surgeon who botched an emergency extraction, and I had complications that lasted for almost a month, leading to loss of work and income. The receptionist, Natasha, was consistently rude and unprofessional in follow-up calls and emails about the incident and did not respond professionally or appropriately when I called to express my frustration and give honest and directly feedback. When I asked to talk to her manager, she said that he was out of town. When I asked her to have him call me back, she hung up on me.
