Walgreens Pharmacy

If I could give a ZERO I would. I have been trying to speak to the pharmacy for over 40 minutes. The pharmacy just picks up the phone without saying anything, you can hear people talking in the back ground, and they put you on hold. Then they forget you, phone begins to ring again, no one picks up and it automatically hangs up. I have called 5 times within the 40 minutes. Three times no answer pick up put on hold. twice pick up, said hold never came back, phone begin to ring again and then hangs up. This is not the first time we have issues with this pharmacy. Very unprofessional and uncaring!!!

My favorite Walgreens pharmacy. They genuinely care and are always responsive. Also, the composure with which they deal with rude customers never ceases to amaze me. Wonderful people!

Eleanor is very nice and helpful person , my insurance was not working with Walgreens , so she helped me to figure it out . Give her a raise !

this is about the delivery. I live 4 min away from the Walgreens in Sunny Isles. I could not leave the apartment due to the critical health issue. I order medication, which I NEEDED urgently. I was waiting the delivery for 2 days by FedEx!!!! All walgreens customers are local residents,. Why do you need the FedEx for delivery? My order went from Sunny Isles to Miami and back on the 2nd day. Please improve the delivery service. At least you have to have the option in your delivery form : how soon the client needs the medication, same day, or later Very disappointed. Bad service.

Customer service is always nice and moves quickly. Store needs a makeover! For a beautiful location is sunny isles, this store in gross and lacks any fitness. Ease give this space a facelift and a remodel inside 😞
