An American Pharmacy and convenience store with a strong Latin accent. The store offers a wide variety of products. The Pharmacy, however, has employees that strongly mistreat customers with a disrespectful attitude. You ask them a question and they walk away leaving you talking to yourself and responding questions in a very rude way. Management should resolve this issue to make shopping an enjoyable experience instead of a frustrating one.
We recently visited Navarro Pharmacy and had an outstanding experience. The store was well-organized and had everything I needed. What really stood out was the exceptional service provided by the cashier. They were friendly, efficient, and made the checkout process a breeze. It's always nice to encounter such great customer service—definitely a pharmacy.
Rudest employees ever. They are loud, disrespectful, and bark orders at you. Every time I walk in, it's the same story. They treat you like you're stupid and below them. If you want an enjoyable shopping experience, don't even bother looking in this Navarro's location.
I HOPE THIS MESSAGE REACHES THE CORRESPONDING PEOPLE. About 4 months ago I went to this place to buy a perfume, I was attended by Mrs. IRIS this lady attended me with the sale of a perfume which gave me the one that was not, the problem was solved with the manager days later. Since then, this person named Iris whenever I go, avoids me when it comes to paying (something already personal and strange). Tonight, August 20, 2024, I'm going to buy a perfume and this lady IRIS tells me: are you sure you want this perfume? Because a few months ago I had a problem with a person like you and he threw me to hell with the manager! This is the best team! I want to try hank for helping me with my lost documents. They kept it for me... And also they have breakfast at the door! The croquetas were really good!
