Walgreens Pharmacy

Avoid the pharmacy... came by for a very simple prescription (amoxicillin)... they said it would take 45 min (already outrageous) and they'd call me when it was done. After 90min without hearing anything, I drove back there, and they apparently had a problem with my profile... not that they called me about it or anything. They then said it would take 2 minutes, it took 15 minutes, grand total 2 hours for something that would take 10min elsewhere. Nice enough people, just incompetent.

Terrible. Always takes several trips to get things that should be ready. Customer service couldn't be worse. Absolutely Awful Every Single Time. Changing away from this Pharmacy.

This Walgreens pharmacy is awful. I have been a customer here for years and I have been working on moving my prescriptions elsewhere. I sat in line for a prescription last November for over two hours. They constantly say things will be ready and they never are. Today was the last straw. A year after my first horrible experience I left work early to be able to get my prescription before they closed at 6 and it wasn’t ready. I submitted online for it to be ready at 5:30. I told the employee worker her response was it’s not my fault the app is wrong that’s corporate. Corporate controls that and we can’t control anything.We have have over 700 orders to fill. She didn’t want to own anything. I told her this place must be a horrible place to work. She responded with yes it is and the lady filli

This is not to knock the staff at all- they’re very lovely and kind- but this pharmacy is so unreliable! Not being open on weekends is very inconvenient, especially when you stop by on a Friday afternoon during hours they are supposed to be open, yet they’re randomly closed for the day so you have to go a whole weekend without your medication. It’s happened to me multiple times at this location and the Walgreens on Mohawk where I will head over during regular hours and find a sign on the window that says they’re actually closed.

This is my first one star review for anything and I'm pushing 40. The staff that I dealt with were perfectly nice and courteous (Brice, Tyler, and a young woman who's name i didn't catch) but the head pharmacist is a piece of work who came unhinged when I asked to skip a consult (a thing you can do) for some burn cream. He looked like he wanted to come fight me! I then had to apologize several times to this little Napoleon over the course of a few minutes so he would give me my burn cream. Corporate should really investigate why a store has more than 50% one star reviews.
