The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, taking the time to explain everything in a clear way. My chiropractor was both skilled and professional, adjusting me gently but effectively, and I could tell they truly cared about my comfort. The whole experience was helpful and made me feel confident that I was in good hands. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for reliable chiropractic care.

Dr. MacDonald is very skilled and knowledgeable as a chiropractor. My husband, sons, and friend have used him before and had wonderful outcomes. With this being my first time seeing a chiropractor, I appreciated how Dr. MacDonald explained the process and what he was going to do. It helped ease my mind so that I had a wonderful experience as well.

I've been to a few chiropractors and they have never gone through my past x-rays or gone in depth about my history. I've been dealing with osteoarthritis pain for years and no one has ever been able to explain why til I went to Cascade! I also have been hurt in the past by past chiropractors and have a fear of being adjusted due to that and this doctor has never hurt me. Literally the best experience I've had!

At Cascade Health Center, I experienced expert care from a talented team of professionals who skillfully made targeted adjustments to alleviate my discomfort and promote healing, effortlessly guiding me towards optimal well-being through thoughtful and attentive chiropractic care. I have been diagnosed in the past with scoliosis, but what Dr. Garreth MacDonald found is a leg length discrepancy of 6 mm (almost 1/4inch) on my left leg. He gave me a heel lift to wear inside of my left shoe. I started to notice the difference the following day. I work with children and I have to wear a back brace for work.
