BestMed Urgent Care - Springfield

I had a great experience at this specific urgent care. The staff there got me in as soon as possible, we're very understanding, and provided wonderful care! I would go there again for any urgent care matter. I'd like to personally thank Bill, Ali, Dakota, and Derald for being some of the best care providers in the business! Thank you so much for helping all of us be the best we can be!

Staff is professional and kind. It's also, one of the cleanest Urgent Cares that I've seen, with plenty of handsanitizer posted everywhere. That might sound like it should be expected (because it's an Urgent Care), but I'm shocked at how many I've visited over the years that had only 1 or 2 available, and most were almost or completely empty! The wait to see them (which is WAYYYYY faster than the E.R.) is worth going here. Tip: Bring a smartphone for an easy way to check-in, as well as to see where you're at in the queue (refresh the page and it will update the queue).

I was introduced to Best Med when I needed to get my aunt in for treatment and I was very happy with the treatment she received. I was also impressed with the doctors and the staff. They are professional, very pleasant and listen to you and your needs and concerns. When I needed care I knew where to go and happy that I did!

Best experience at any urgent care clinic. Brenda, Erika, Kaylie and Bill were amazing. Helpful, honest and kind. Bill understood my concern and understood why I wanted to get better ASAP. Jennifer also visited me about a billing question I had. She gave me advice on what to do and gave me a card to help me if I needed her help. Wishing I can change this to my primary care! Thank you Main St Best Med!!!!!! Update- Went back for related issue and got the same nice people.

Best med Urgent care has treated me great the last couple times I went. This last time I had Kelly as my med assistant and she was very nice and even tho it took a long time to be seen, she provided me with a blanket and juice while I waited. My provider was Justin and he was friendly as well. I would recommend coming here as you are always well treated no matter what kind of day they are having!
