Walgreens Pharmacy

I started using Walgreens while rite aid was becoming CVS because they stopped filling any prescriptions. I have to call several times to get them to fill my meds because I'll make a request online or on the phone and they don't get filled right away until I call back and press the issue not to mention when you call your local Walgreens they route you to a call center and if you have any more complex questions then they transfer you to the store so you end up waiting on hold for an hour and then they told me that I had three different profiles under my name and no matter how many people I complain to they wouldn't fix it and so I get problems almost every time I go regarding that. I waited on my first time calling 15 minutes for the wait, that's not the problem they immediately hung up on me. I called a second time because I thought it was probably a mistake. This time I waited about 30 minutes there was a couple people infront of me. They hang up again. Really poor customer service and a waste of time.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for a while but may switch to CVS after last night. My dentist called in my script at 4:50 pm. I called the pharmacy at 6:30 and was on hold for 25 minutes. I went there at 7 pm and waited in line. The line quickly grew to 6 people and the blonde female with glasses asked the female (?) with maybe a dozen face piercings and black hair over her eyes that was working the drivethru to help. With an exasperated expression she shuffled to the counter and stared at the people in the line. Being next in line I looked at her waiting to call me over. "Yeah. You. Come here." Excuse me? No, How can I help you, sir? No, Welcome to Walgreens. Thank you for your patience? Naturally I replied I would wait for the blonde and "I don't need your attitude." The blonde said

So my Dr sent my prescription in to this location (Pines and Sprague) the other day, and Walgreens decided that they would send it to a different location a few miles away(just for funsies), without letting me know ahead of time. Won't be doing any business at any Walgreens any more.

I never leave reviews but this has got to be the WORST place to refill medication. I’ve been given the wrong meds, had my insurance info lost and I’ve had to resubmit multiple times, had meds not ready to be picked up even though I got a text saying it was ready, and even tried to call the pharmacy at 11:30pm (they are open 24 hours) and was on hold for 20 minutes waiting for someone to pick up-which they never did. I would never refer anyone to them. Stay away!
