Unfortunately, a huge turnover rate with this pharmacy, and horribly understaffed. It takes on average about 20-30 minutes in order to be able to contact a person over the phone. If they had at least 3 pharmacists strictly covering the 2 registers, and 1 at the window at all times, this pharmacy would run more efficiently.

Save yourself the headache and go across the street to CVS. Everytime I've had a prescription sent here, they either never see it in their system or it takes 2+ hours to fill. I've gone there multiple times and they have a piece of paper on the window saying "be back soon". They have no clue what they're doing no matter who is behind the counter. Everytime i go to CVS across the street, prescription is received and ready.

Review for Walgreens Pharmacy – 359 Main Street, Southington, CT 06489 This location has seriously gone downhill. I’ve been on hold for over 18 minutes just trying to speak to someone at the pharmacy—and that’s not the first time. Lately, there hasn’t even been the usual queue line, just long wait times and zero communication. On top of that, some of the staff have had noticeable attitudes when dealing with customers. It’s frustrating when you’re just trying to get your medication or ask a simple question and you’re met with indifference or rudeness. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially from a pharmacy where customer care and communication should be a top priority. While Walgreen's stores are chock-filled with deals and varied items in all departments, the pharmacy falls short in customer care.

Slow as a turtle even though only one person in line in front of me. Place is painful. CVS is way better. (the only reason they get 1 star at all is the people working here are nice.. Otherwise they'd get 0 stars)
