Mondovi Dental - Southington

Regarding the Southington, CT office. Always issues on their end. They cancelled my cleaning hours prior to it on the same day and could not reappoint for over a month. Once I had the cleaning had to reappoint for yearly X-rays and exam because no dentist was there. Had my exam yesterday, they made an appointment for me today and when I arrived they couldn’t do it and couldn’t be bothered to call me. Everything should have been handled during the cleaning when X-rays and an exam is usually done. Once again they do not value your time. Walked out in the middle of another long winded excuse about power outages and other nonsense. They will literally harass you and bully you about not missing an appointment and make you confirm several times but then cancel on you because there’s a full moon.

This was my first visit to the office . I had a scheduled dental cleaning with Alyssa. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I will definitely refer the office (and Alyssa) to friends and family.

I’ll be moving out of state and I’m really going to miss Mondovi Dental. I’ve had my share of experiences with different dental care providers but Mondovi Dental has been by far the best. I’ll recommend this place to anyone, great quality of service and great staff. Wishing them all the success in the future.

I’ve been a patient for many years, the staff is always friendly & accommodating to get you seen by the doctor as soon as possible in an emergency.

Mondovi Dental Southington is fantastic! I’ve been using them for the past year since I moved home from abroad. Alyssa is a superb hygienist, working brilliantly in tandem with Dr Viet. My teeth have never looked or felt better!
