I usually have a smooth experience at the Walgreens in Southborough, but today stood out because of Sarah. She truly went above and beyond to help me, and it wasn’t just about doing her job; she showed genuine care and kindness. It’s rare to come across someone who takes the extra time to make sure a customer feels cared for, and Sarah did exactly that. I left feeling very grateful for the way she treated me, and I think she deserves to be recognized for her outstanding service.

We have lived in Southborough for over 30 years and patronized Walgreen's Pharmacy at 78 Turnpike Rd. for most of those years. The pharmacy and the retail store staff have always been super helpful! Navigating the newest Medicare registrations have been trying and Tara, Tony, Patrush, Shakira and others in the pharmacy have been lifesavers!! Thank you very much!!

A good pharmacy but if you are looking for a PCR covid test with results quickly don't go here. 48 hours in and the lab still shows that my sample has not even been received.
