Hands down, the overall best veterinary practice in Metrowest. From the front desk staff, to the vet techs, to the doctors themselves, the team at Southborough consistently goes above and beyond in their care for our pups. They’ve answered questions that gave us the confidence to adopt the most wonderful rescue, provided emergency evaluation that saved one of our dogs, mourned with us when tragedy struck, and offered phenomenal care at every visit to our current two dogs. They approach their work with thorough, gentle kindness. We consider the whole team extended family and both we and, most importantly, our dogs enjoy seeing everyone there.

We've been going to Southborough Vet for more than 15 years. Dr. Ogden has seen us through acquiring new pets and losing old ones always with knowledge and kindness. Her ministratons to my pets (and me) have been not only excellent from a scientific/medical point of view but caring and compassionate from person-animal and person-person points of view. One of the staff, Kaley Leite, has provided in-home pet care of such quality that I call her my cat's co-parent. Five stars don't begin to express the quality of care we've received at Southboough Vet!

I have been using Southborough veterinary hospital for years and EVERYONE there are wonderful. I be am always able to get my pets in if there is an emergency and the doctors are all extremely compassionate and competent. It’s also very clear that they all love our pets and that cones thru in their kind approach to all of them. I have a cat and a dog and both get excellent care. I can’t recommend them enough.

SVH is truly the best of the best. We drive from Dorchester (an hour away) because they truly are THAT wonderful. Dr. Laura Cummings is kind, compassionate, skilled, honest, and holistic in her care. She took care of our first senior golden, Junior, and was so great with both him and us -- and now looks over our current senior golden pups, Annabelle and George. Their entire team is effective, thoughtful, and just great human beings. We cannot thank them enough, and could not recommend them more highly! If you're looking for a vet - please look no further.

The doctors, the techs and every else are excellent. Kind, loving with the animals and very patient. I brought my dog in because she had a couple of weird lumps. The examine was thorough and gentle. The information shared was clear and helpful with real consideration given to my pet’s age and history. Highly recommend this practice!
