Walgreens Pharmacy

This pharmacy is a joke. Every single time I’ve had to pick up a prescription it isn’t ready. Today a family member was prescribed narcotics post-surgery and I arrive over 5 hours after the script was submitted and yet again, it’s not ready. I’m taking my business elsewhere and I recommend you do too. If this is the closest one where you live I promise if you drive just a little further you’ll still spend half the time picking up a prescription.

Kenisha in the pharmacy is genuinely one of the most amazing workers I have ever encountered. Even after a long line and frustrations around insurance or payments, she holds a smile, supports the best she can, and treats every customer like a human who needs help. Shes a rockstar who deserves to be treated like one by her employer (cough cough *bonus or raise* cough cough)

As a regular customer with a health issue. I was denied access to there bathroom and told they do not have a public bathroom anymore. What do you have for your customers who spend there money in your store. Shame on you Walgreens.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst. You can never get anyone on the phone. The line is always incredibly long and it takes forever for them to help each patient. Even if they have multiple people working behind the counter, it’s rare to see someone jump on the register to ease the line. Everything is unnecessarily slow. It’s horrible.

Very unprofessional and unorganized. They pay attention and provide better service to individuals who are not African Americans. As a medical provider I will never come here again.
