Dr. Baptiste and Dr. Ruocco are two of the most attentive, knowledgeable and compassionate physicians I have ever been treated by---and I have had many. They take their time to listen. They always ensure that you have been heard and that you understand the care plan, I leave every appointment feeling cared for and empowered with my health challenges. These two doctors have mastered the science of professionalism and scholarship with an abundance of empathy. The staff must be mentioned. They are just absolutely exceptional. They are all pleasant, kind, and efficient beyond words. I highly recommend this medical team!!

I love Dr Baptiste she is sooo kind and caring. She makes me feel comfortable when I am in her office.

You cannot take this place seriously. The physicians at this practice leave often and without notice to their patients. Dr Kostek was amazing and left the practice by the end of 2023. Then I was connected to Dr Angulo. He left in July 2024. They informed patient on October 31st... carelessly. They are the opposite of anything reliable. Also, they made me wait for one hour in the room on my last visit. All communication has been so slow. I can’t see how you trust these people with your health care.

This was my first time at this location - I followed my PCP Dr Thomas here from Millburn. I had a great experience from the front desk, the tech who drew blood and gave me a shot, and of course Dr Thomas is the best. She is patient, really listens and takes her time. I highly recommend Village Family Medicine!

Initially called regarding acute long COVID symptoms which have been changing daily. I was told that while they block daily 'sick appointments' and have some available for the next day, they could not book me for a sick appointment for the next day. I would need to call the same day for a same day appointment. I made the call first thing in the morning for a same day appointment, waited over 15 minutes on hold for them to answer a 'yes/no' question, and then was told I need to wait another 4 days for an appointment for an ACUTE CONDITION! Why can't I book a sick appointment for the next day when I've explained that I have acute symptoms? I've been told to go to urgent care. Total and complete garbage. In the meantime NONE of the primary care practices in this area are taking new pat
