Walgreens Pharmacy

I had to wait just a few minutes to pick up what I went there to get but that's to be expected, I enjoy talking with the staff there. The store is always neat, clean & easy to navigate.

Pharmacy is pathetic and slow. You wait forever even when your dr calls many hours in advance. Prior after big surgery out of stock on pain meds. No warning to us. Made us wait overnight. The store is chaotic. Film pictures machine is never working. No advance notice to warn you that your order is not ready. Shelves are empty. Employees walk in circles doing nothing. Candy area is bare. Asked associate for help. I asked anywhere else she said just here. I said what about register she was sarcastic and said oh I guess. I took pictures

Mariah is hands down the best employee working here. If you get here she will help you to the best of her ability. And they have a few more that are good but most don't have good attitudes towards their customers. And if you're going to have 2 lanes open at the drive thru have 2 people working them not 1. The wait here sometimes is hideous. And the outside of the building needs serious help. It needs pressure washed and the trees need cut back more often along with the bushes. The bathrooms are in poor shape and the walls outside the bathroom are disgusting. Go buy a couple gallons of paint and fix it. Low standards for sure.

I know they have alot of people to tend to and trying to do a good job but some of them need to get moving a little bit faster. It shouldn't take 20 minutes or more to pick up when it is ready.

It's an okay place, the only time I go here is when I have to go to the hospital and it's late and they write a script the only place that's open is Walgreens which really helps. Only thing is they can have some crazy wait times. Thank you
