I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the very first visit, I felt so cared for and comfortable. The whole team is incredibly kind and welcoming, and they really take the time to make sure you feel at ease. I’ve always been a little nervous about going to the dentist, but they’ve completely changed that for me. I have been in the dental field for over 35 years. We used to move every 4 years or so and it always took me 3-4 Dental offices before I could find someone I felt was actually honest, professional and knowledgeable with great skills. Too many were solely production driven.For my first appointment today, I didn’t let the office know my background in the field or that I knew anything about dental intentionally before my appointment or during. I wanted to see how the appointment went with the staff thinking I was the average patient who was way overdue for an appointment. I can't brag on the staff and services at Rise & Smile enough! Today was my first dental cleaning at the office. I'll be real, it had been a while since my last one due to poor experiences elsewhere. Everything was fantastic! Megan made me feel at ease and was personable and professional. I also saw Dr. Vaughn and Tristan for some aesthetics and they were both comforting and professional. The whole staff is super friendly and so much is offered under one roof at Rise & Smile!!
