Walgreens Pharmacy

The store itself has nice employees and always very helpful , the pharmacy, on the other hand is a train wreck. I can’t depend on the calls and txt messages (the tech told me), because they r not always correct. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I have 2 (very important) scripts that have to be filled, every month, on the same day. I have only been a customer with Walgreens, for 7 months. From the 2nd month onwards, I have been jerked around on the days I can fill them. They r only 28 day prescriptions not 30 days. Gradually over time they have given me a new reason why they can’t fill them or they are out of stock, so.. now, my pick up date has changed to almost a full 7 days from the original order date, from the Dr. !! The pharmacy is getting worse my husband has to change his prescription to different pharmacy because the terrible service, he really need his prescription and wasn't able to get them. I was happy before with this pharmacy no any more... they should be efficient with the pharmacist we when to ask why they didn't refill my husband medicine well pharmacy was close... what cain of service they offered they should pay more to their workers to keep them to quit and prevent close multiple times. Update 6/30/25 @ 4pm: I got a notification from the app that my kiddos Rx had been canceled & called to see why. The tech i talked to told it was because I hadn't made it there in time to puck it up & had been returned. She asked when I could pick it up, and I told her Sat. She said they would he closed this Fri, Sat, & Sun. I said ok I can come get next Mon. She said I shouldn't put it in unless I was going to make sure I could be there to get it, so the same thing didn't happen. I said that I had Rx I needed to pick up for myself that day. She said ok & then just hung up on me. It's the hanging up on me that I have a problem with. The pharmacy department is a complete disaster. I called to check on my medicine and I was told they would fill them and when I waited an hour the technician told me I can't get them till Monday. The pharmacy really needs to get their act together. Last month I was screwed out of 2 days of my medicine. How can this be a professional pharmacy when they don't know what they are doing

The pharmacy use to be on the dot but now it's horrible you can be on auto refill & when they have enough for just 5 days they won't do it automatically you have to & when you try to get it the same day due to only having 1 dose left they drag their feet as it they are punishing you for them not doing their job.
