Customer service was fantastic, best I've seen in a long time at any work Establishment, everybody was really kind and did their job without complaining or being rude. Looking forward to my next appointment. And i'm not even mad about driving two hours away.It's totally worth it

Erica and Doctor Cranfill did an amazing job! Im not always the best patient and they did everything to put me at ease! Great teamwork guys!!

I have no idea why people say the customer service is so good. I waited in an empty waiting room for 45 minutes before being called back. Then the hygienist did an X-ray and out me in a room where I waited another 30 minutes before being spoke to again, despite one dentist and 3 hygienist talking to each other the entire time.. if they are going to be so lazy and inattentive, maybe they should think about not having pow-wows where there are in direct line of sight of their patients...... Then, when the dentist finally did come in to speak to me, he was confused about why I was asking for new dentures when I still had my real teeth.... I've been wearing dentures for 15 years!!

This was my first time going to Mortenson's,and I was very happy with my decision to go. The staff is wonderful and I would highly recommend them. They are going to help me get my smile back!!

I've been going there for years. Today really ticked me off. Don't know the techs name who cleaned my teeth & the dentist who oversaw her work. Unprofessional. Neither introduced themselves to me & I've never ever seen either one of them before today.
