Walgreens Pharmacy

Worse experiace refilling my prescription , firt they said ohh your perscription was canceled because you did not pick it up , i didn’t because it was not ready , and they let me wait for 30 minutes,after that i went and ask how much longer it is going to take they said sorry it is not going to be ready until tomorrow,the next day they said the same tomorrow you can pock it up .

I wanted to really take the time and say Bravo to the Pharmacy professionals I worked with today at 1-2pm! I recently had a change with my medical insurance & have been uncovered since December 1st. I got sick (of course) & had no choice but go to Urgent Care today. I haven’t got that bill yet but my anxiety is thru the roof. Then I was diagnosed with Pneumonia & needed not one antibiotic but 2. I literally was stressing about the cost of the medicine that would help me get better again. But it wasn’t too expensive AND the beautiful young lady with long brown hair used coupons to make it even lower… A grateful act of kindness that really made my night.. Thank you so much and the man in the lab coat was also nice and professional when explaining my medicines to me..Thank you for your kindne

There is a woman with short hair who works there that is amazing and respectful. The pharmacist who wears the white coat is decent but this younger woman with brown hair is so rude. I totally felt like I was doing something wrong when I asked to pick up my son's medicine and it should not be that way. I was notified it was ready for pickup so I drive out there and go inside because it's usually faster. The younger woman who helped said they don't have it in but didn't even look. When I asked her to please double check because I was notified it was ready, plus I did make the trip out ,she ended up finding it. Her tone and attitude about it was so rude, like I should not have asked her to look. Then tells me I can leave and pick it up tomorrow because otherwise I need to wait 15 minutes s

I have been going to this pharmacy for years. Unfortunately, I have had nothing but inconvenient problems with the wait times for pick up, customer service, and/or them having my meds ready when a refill or other prescription was submitted in advance. Also, they do not let you know when they don't have your medication in stock and that you have to get it somewhere else (until you call to find out why they aren't filling you med). Wish there were more options near me. The only good thing I can say about this pharmacy is that the pharmacist, Steve, has been very pleasant and helpful.

I had my prescriptions transferred here for a few months for the convenience of the drive thru. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service! Ive had one pleasant experience out of at least five visits. As someone with quite a bit of customer service experience, I know what its like on the other side, so I'm always pleasant and respectful. Every time I've been here the person assisting me was rude and had attitude right off the bat. Let's just say, I couldnt transfer my prescriptions back to my old pharmacy soon enough!!
