I can understand understaffing, but to mess up my entire prescription with a person in Illinois, claim the joint account was closed, and still have issues with it is ridiculous. There are always issues with the pharmacy, and it’s frustrating.
Even though the pharmacy is understaffed (as are many places these days), the pharmacist and techs are trying their best to get prescriptions filled in a timely manner and are always friendly and helpful. Still my favorite place to get my meds.
First time at the drive thru last night and it was effortless and quick. The technician was very friendly, updated our information without extensive validation and we even received a greater discount on our prescription because they accepted our GoodRX card. Will use pharmacy drive thru again.
9:00-6:00 mon-Fri are not feasible open hours…. Especially if they call you saying your prescription is ready and then when you go in late to work to pick up your medicine it’s actually not ready….
