Urgent Injury Care at St. Cloud Orthopedics

Very quick and convenient to be seen for an orthopedic injury in urgent care. The staff was friendly and knew exactly what should be done. Only complaint was I wish the doctor spent a bit more time in the room and explained future follow up care a bit more but he did explain what the next step was and I'm sure there are several variables after those next results. So really no complaints and that would be my only suggested improvement.

As a healthcare professional, I appreciate experiencing care where my concerns are acknowledged and addressed, rather than being treated as just another patient. The nursing staff and provider at St. Cloud Orthopedics Urgent Care listened attentively and developed a comprehensive plan to alleviate my severe pain, including ordering imaging and scheduling physical therapy. I received rapid and thorough care, and I highly recommend this facility.

They were very quick and thorough. Someone even came in to help when I needed blood drawn. One of the best experiences I've had in an urgent care facility. Unlike St. Cloud hospitals emergency room which is the worst I've ever been in. I was very pleased with the care I got.

I have always had amazing care with St Cloud Orthopedics whether it be urgent care, physical therapy, injections, and or surgery. I have seen many doctors here and I beleive they need more praise and credit than they get. Just want all of them to know how greatly appreciated they are!

Great ease of getting in. Easy access to radiology services. Very patient centered staff from registration to rooming, X-ray technician and orthopedic physician. I would highly recommended this facility. Thank you for your great patient centered care. Jodi
