I never call here I call to see if they are hiring and she tell Mrs that I already called there and then I tell her no I didn’t she’s signs and hangs up the phone don’t be rude because you made a mistake and got people mixed up that was so rude!

The drive thru has gone down to hell. Is simple people. If your prescription is not ready, come back later. Don't waste everyone's time behind you.

I Schedule a Covid test. arrived a little early the pharmacist came to the window and asked me was I dropping off or picking up explain to her I have an appointment for Covid test she asked me what time I told her the time she told me I have to come back because she had not put the information in I came back approximately 30 minutes later and she still hadn’t put the information in I thought it was just my imagination in the way that the pharmacist approached me but apparently not it seems these days that customer service just no longer exists. I don’t think I would ever return to Walgreens after experiencing that I’ll try another pharmacy who can maybe show a customer a little appreciation for giving them their business

Waited 25 mins in drive thru, "Pick-up" only line. Could see 4 employees via their mirror walking around. No one at the store window. Rx delayed, wrong brand given, higher priced item sold to me. They don't answer phone during R.Ph. lunch time. WHERE IS THE PHARMACY MANAGER? WHO DOES THEIR TRAINING ? So many people wanting jobs and this is what you offer? Horrible, aesthetically run PHARMACY!

No way Walgreens should allow this poor excuse of a Pharmcy team to continue to deal with its customers, pathetic work ethics and attitude. Came three times to get a prescription but won’t be back. I don’t like to say these things but it is a fact.
