Walgreens Pharmacy

Over 3 hours waiting for inhalers. Told them I was having a hard time breathing and needed them right away. The lady on counter said “Oh Sorry.” If I wasnt having such a hard time breathing, I probably would of started getting extremely mad. To weak to get loud. If you need medicine, dont come here.

Jay was very dismissive and condescending when i was trying to explain my situation with an essential medication that i have been having trouble getting due to walgreens changing which insurance they had on file for me. He would stop me mid sentence and then got irritated because i wasn’t speaking. Very unprofessional and disappointed because generally i have pleasant experiences with the other pharmacy technicians there.

Horrendous delays and woefully short-staffed. It’s been 24 hours since my wife’s surgeon sent prescriptions including blood thinners. On my third attempt to get these medicines. Suggest going elsewhere.

NEVER enough people working. The lines to pick up meds are ridiculous. No matter what time of day you go there is a long, slow moving line.

Terminally understaffed. They don't fill prescriptions when sent. One must call or go and wait to request the sent refill. But they ALWAYS keep you on hold FOREVER and when their phone system forces them to answer by ringing every few minutes or so then they either just hang up on you or pick it up The phone and then put it right back on hold! I will usually go through this cycle at least up to eight times and then I usually just get frustrated and have to go there and then wait in an excruciating line to request the already sent fill and then I'm always told we can have that ready for you in the next 30 to 60 minutes. The sad thing is this is the lesser of the evils... I've tried all the pharmacies. Up for suggestions if anybody has one... Boy, I sure miss the Mom and Pop's.
