We love Dr. Char, she has been so helpful through the whole process with my son. He loves her. The staff is super sweet. We will definitely have our other children going here as well when/ if they end up needing braces.

I came to Dr. Rocha midway through an Invisalign treatment because my provider retired. I could’ve been really stuck, but everyone was so helpful and engaged in picking up my case. When I was close, but not quite there, Dr. Rocha didn’t hesitate about putting in the time and extra trays to make sure I got where I wanted to go with my teeth. A great experience all around. And I have to say everyone in the office is so nice and enthusiastic about caring for their patients

We had consultations at another popular orthodontics and chose Valley because of it's welcoming environment. While I'm sure they see adults, they've tailored the waiting area more to the kids. They somehow managed to make braces feel "cool and fun" to wear. My 9 year old daughter is not comfortable with the Dentist as it is and it needed to be some where that was also thoughtful with her fears. They did a great job during the consultation of including her in the conversation and showing her the different brackets they could be using on her teeth as well as her options to make if fun. While I was a little concerned with what I thought was an aggressive plan, they were comfortable with taking a slower pace and addressing the most immediate need. The process with getting her space

I went in for a consultation in regards to getting some braces and was out of there with a treatment plan sooner than I expected it would take. They were very considerate and patient with my concerns throughout the consultation. The atmosphere was also pleasant which was contributed by the friendly staff
