Walgreens Pharmacy

If I could give negative stars, I would. This is probably the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They cancelled my prescription and when I called in, I sat on hold for 40 minutes only for them to then hang up on me. Slowest, most incompetent, and worst service I’ve EVER experienced at any business.

Made an appointment for vaccines, checked in and waited for 10 minutes only for them to tell me they were out. Constantly disappointed with this pharmacy, this will be my last attempt to use their services.

I called about a prescription and they told me the insurance wasn’t covering it as it was too soon. I told them I was going to run out before they were allowing me to pick it up. The PHARMACIST HUNG up on me. I called insurance and they told me the prescription was paid for today ( the day they told me that I couldn’t get it). Then finally they filled it. I am a LONG time customer. I will not putup with being hung ip on! I am no longer utilizing Walgreens as my pharmacy. I will go somewhere else. DO NOT RECOMMEND This store

This pharmacy sucks, I took a script in on the 7 th and now the 13 th and still no word about it, so I call and she sais I don't see it so I get put on hold a second time only to never get answered. Now I'm going in probably to get told they lost it, this will be the second time Walgreens has lost my prescription. They are low on staff and always replacing staff and I'm always calling to make sure my prescriptions are getting filled even though I'm signed up for texts,, also sometimes there out of my prescription or can only fill it partially. AVOID THIS PHARMACY.

I called - in person- to ask if the stock a specific generic “manufacturer” of a medication, I have been on, for few years and my old pharmacy has recently switched to a different generic that upsets my stomach and bowels (as I have had bowel and colon resection with a history of kidney failure as well, thus being very sensitive to inactive ingredients in medications), I was denied to be given information. The person who answered the call was very rude and told me that they are not supposed to give information about medication, to customers! Well, I needed to know this piece of info., before my provider could send the prescription to a pharmacy that stocks the same exact only generic that doesn’t upset my stomach!!! Luckily, I could find a MORE PROFESSIONAL pharmacy that could give me th
