Saginaw Valley Pharmacy

I started coming here after Rite Aid closed and my prescriptions were transferred to Walgreens. It was a good decision. The staff is great, I never need to wait more than a few minutes (if at all), and they have me on auto refill. My experience here is MUCH better than with the big pharmacy chains.

I began using this pharmacy following a myriad of issues at Walgreens on State and Center. The pharmacists and techs at Saginaw Valley are so helpful and so intent on providing patient care. Trina once drove to my doctor’s office to pick up a script that had been repeatedly written wrong and she had the medication filled within the hour. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff, I recommend this pharmacy to everyone and for good reason.

Saginaw Valley Pharmacy is a gem in our hometown! I recently visited to pick up my daughter's eye drops, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The owner was right there, personally filling prescriptions, which made it feel more like a friendly neighborhood spot than a typical pharmacy. I barely had to wait—just about 3 minutes for them to package the eye drops. In stark contrast, I had a frustrating experience at the drive-thru Walgreens down the street, where I waited over an hour to get a prescription filled. While Saginaw Valley Pharmacy doesn’t have a drive-thru, the quick walk-in service is well worth it. I was greeted with warm smiles, and the efficient service had me in and out in no time. When rite aid closed I switched to Walgreens and was met with long lines and issues refilling. Thrilled to have switched to SVP. Rarely any line, the staff is fantastic and I'm yet to have a single issue. Can't recommend them enough!

I’ve had multiple different pharmacies over the years due to moves. Never before have I encountered a pharmacist remembering my name. Right when I walk in he greets me with a warm smile and a hello then heads to grab my prescription. The staff are sweet, genuine, and quick. Hands down best pharmacy I’ve been to!!!!
