Walgreens Pharmacy

I’ve been extremely irritated with the photo department! For the past two months, I have been trying to retrieve my photos, only to be turned away every single time, being told they're not ready. This is highly frustrating because these pictures were dear to me. I’m very disappointed in Walgreens because this is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Sia, the pharmacist, for her exceptional service. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Her friendly attitude and willingness to answer all my questions made a stressful situation so much easier. Sia truly stands out as someone who cares deeply about her customers. Thank you, Sia, for your kindness and support—it means so much!

Arrived about 20 minutes before closing. Unaware they closed at 9pm. Just came from Northside after 4 hours in the emergency. There was a typo error on the prescription. Instead of her calling the doctor she tells me she can't fill the prescription. Tells me I have to call the doctor and tries to send me to the pharmacy on Old Alabama Rd. Clearly, she's ready to go home. Long story short, she could have filled the it. What happened to taking care of people and doing your job??

I had an appointment at 12:30, arrived at 12:25. Pulled up to the window at 1:30 only to be treated by a closed for lunch will be back at 2:00. Why could someone not apologize and let me know instead of just closing. So I have been thinking siting an hour and a half. What kind of people with here? Odiously they have no customer service experience or they just don’t give a shot about the customers. Called the store and the store manager was just as worthless.

Negative stars are not available, so there goes 1. Absolutely terrible location. Took over 20 minutes and still denied the return, even though it had been less than 7 days since purchase, had original receipt and original way of payment. Manager could not be less helpful. 15 minutes after the start of this, he called for the man named Bryant, who, by the way , had no name tag. He denied my return as well and threatened me with the police. I was denied the district managers phone number as well. This business is a SHAME Please, do not waste your time at this place. These employees have never heard of customers service ever.
