Walgreens Pharmacy

Pharmacy staff will not answer the phone. Waited over 30 mins before I could get someone to walk back to pharmacy and ask them to take my call. Then had a rude and unapologetic staff member not really help me. I asked talk to a manager who was equally rude and unhelpful.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy in Rome was told my medication would be ready in an hr came back an hr later and was told I had to come in the store it would be another 5 min when I went in the pharmacy tech said it was gonna be another hr…. Will never use them again

I only use this store when I have to take the kids to Immediate care on the weekend. I've never been to a store as poorly organized as this place. I sat in the drive thru for forty minutes when only two cars were ahead of me. It takes hours for the prescriptions to be ready. They need more help

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Wide range of goods well stocked. Prices on some items more expensive than can be obtained at supermarkets. Pharmacy and staff excellent

After driving 45 minutes north to get a plantar fasciitis support because CVS was closed and Walmart didn't carry the product in-store, I was assisted by the friendliest, most helpful employees even though it was 10 minutes until closing and they helped me use the digital coupons which saved me some $$. Really great people like them make the difference. If that young lady was my kid I would be very proud!!! Give her a raise !!! Date:6-7-2024, 9:50 PM.
