This place has the sorriest excuse for workers I've ever come in contact with. I had to switch pharmacies cause every time I came to get my medicine they was closed or something and I would have to wait days to get my medicine. Well I can't here tonight to get a prescription for a friend cause they have no car got there with 3min til they closed and the lady said her or her helper could not fill the medicine in 3 min come back tomorrow and the medicine was called in at 4it was now 8 are you kidding me.LAZY at its finest right there. Crazy how is this place open still.

This Richmond, Indiana Walgreens location has sadly gone from a top rated Pharmacy under previous Pharmacists, Donna and Matt. Matt, most recently left and Donna a few years ago. It has sadly declined in every aspect. Nobody is rude, however, no time for me. Simply have no idea what has happened to the 5 star rating with personal care and communication. Can't say it's any employee's issue either. But something horrible is happening at this Pharmacy! And the hold time on the phone of 45 minutes or more to simply be disconnected to start all over is frustrating to put it mildly. I've had a prescription there for several days needing a simple override to be filled. Can't get anyone on the phone. Also, I get at least 5 emails a day, but none about this prescription nor change of hou

Love, love this place, the pharmacy is awesome, they always go above and beyond what is expected l. The big store across the road with the big W for waste of time, never has any prescription and are always 4-5 day behind. While 6 ppl are standing around looking at you like why are you here. Walgreens is the way to go 🥰
