Smile Time Kids

I was told they were taking new patients. I scheduled an appointment. I got a text reminder of set appointment one month earlier than I had scheduled it.. I called back and they scheduled it for when it was supposed to have been to begin with. I get a text saying they canceled the appointment. I called and asked why got an excuse.. I asked if I rescheduled if it would be the last time I would have to do this or if I should look somewhere else. The lady on the phone got snippy with me and hung up on me. I really hope someone follows up on these reviews. It looks like this has been a recently consistent issue based on other reviews with similar complaints.

They were very patient and kind with us, was very gentle with my daughter and explaining to her what they needed to do, needless to say she did awesome and definitely trusts and likes her dentist 🦷 Dr. Compton and his assistant Alison were very kind, did great work, and fast work at that. and we loved going to them for her fillings!

This is the second time they have scheduled my son and then rescheduled last minute. He hasn’t been seen in almost a year because his last appt was in Nov. They notified me three days before that his appt was canceled and I would have to try back in the beginning of the year. So I reached out and had an appt set for Jan 30th and they just canceled my appt again. His last appt was in May, he is well past due for a cleaning. Ridiculous place, will not be going back

Poor customer service they can't get appointments right and they leave you sitting also does anyone else have a problem with how it's all open and everyone knows everyone's business what happened to that being hippa violation after all they make you sign a hippa form about confidentiality but have all of these clients in an open room discussing personal info where everyone can hear it

We absolutely love this office. Smile Time Kids has always been so patient, kind, and knowledgeable. My twin boys are 7 now and have been patients here since they were 10 months old, and my 3 year old boy is also a patient. Dr. Compton is seriously the nicest dentist and always so kind to our kids. The hygienists are just as awesome and always welcoming! We won’t go anywhere else and we are so grateful to have such an amazing dentist office!
