Walgreens Pharmacy

We’ve always had good experiences at Walgreens Pharmacy. No one is rude, like the other major pharmacy in town. Most of the time situations are out of their control, but they’ve always helped us find a solution. Costumer service is 10/10 each time we go. Most of the time we’re sick picking up medications, so to have Employees that are nice and helpful really makes your day feel a little better.

Great customer service and offers coupons

This pharmacy always has difficulty meeting my expectations. You have to call and hound them to get your rx done in a timely manner. You can call and complain, but it gets you nowhere. We are so limited on pharmacy choices here in rice lake.

Very poor I couldn't get my life saving medication! Not helpful with my savers card that allows me to afford my medication! Highly NOT recommended!! They didn't care especially the younger girl who didn't help me one bit!!

If you depend on medications to maintain your health, then DO NOT use Walgreens Pharmacy in Rice lake Wi. They say they offer 2 day express delivery but when you dont recieve your medication after a wk. They don't care and also offer no help in finding out what happen to them, where there at or when and if you will even get them! They had no answers an went as far as hanging up on me when i requested to speak to a manager/supervisor. They do not care that your now out of the medications, because of (THERE ERROR) and that the medications state not be missed or stopped abruptly! The only thing they could say and kept saying over an over an over, is that some how this was my fault that i hadnt recieved them yet and it must of been something i did!
