This is not a shady business. I worked in a factory position in the hearing aid game. This dealer will not scam you. She will bend over backwards to correct your problems. She worked with my Mother for years and helped her. My Mother had declining health issues and her hearing loss was very profound. Patiently explained and explained what she could expect. Never getting harsh. I have warned consumers about shyster hearing aid dealers. Set up in a motel. Test your hearing FREE. Then sell a cut rate product and leave town. Tell you the product is guaranteed through the manufacturer. Of course when you take the aid to a competitive dealer you have to pay for their services to send in, diagnose the problem. Tanya was great! We were in town on vacation when my mother in law lost a part of one of her hearing aids. Tanya fit us in on short notice and not only replaced the missing part but adjusted the hearing aid(s) to fit better.

Went in for the free hearing test but when finished- she writes the results on a plain sheet of blank paper and below it writes the 3 different prices for hearing aids, I asked for a copy and she just makes a copy of that sheet. Wouldn't you think , an established business would have an actual audiology report form and a printed price lsit. Are the prices different for different customers? The more I get into the hearing aid purchase business- there seem to be a lot of scammers out there!
