Walgreens Pharmacy

Despite the location being in an area that isn’t so great, the staff made me feel safe. The poor guy working the register had just began work there and had been doing over nights for four days in a row. He was courteous and helpful! The store itself was clean and huge! 24 hour stores have really ceased to exist but this one was open!! Thank you!

I moved from Revere but still prefer to get my scripts at this Walgreen's location. They're the best. The staff is always helpful, kind and willing to go out of their way to help the customer. As an elderly person, it's so appreciated to be reminded of refills, contacting providers, explanations of meds, general questions, etc. Losts of problems today, getting my scripts isn't one of them thanks to Revere Walgreen's

I had a terrible experience today at the pharmacy. I was at the drive thru before closing hours, however I was stood up at the drive thru just for them to say there were closed. I got out of the ER and I needed my medication for an urgent manner. I made sure to check my email to see it was ready and it was. Yet the workers were rude to me and did not even acknowledge my existence at all. The pharmacy is run by incompetent people like it is a sweatshop in a third-world country. No eye contact; rudeness, and terrible service. It’s already not safe to park my car in the parking lot, a lot of weirdos loitering, and I can’t even get my medication. Now I know why Walgreens is losing a lot of money and won’t be surprised if it gets bought out. What a dreadful pharmacy with horrid workers. FIRE

Terrible pharmacy!! Can never speak to a pharmacist on the phone. They keep you on hold forever. They are wicked rude when you do get someone. Lines are always ridiculous. Sucks we don’t have many pharmacy options in Revere but If you can take your business somewhere else!

The pharmacists are blatantly rude and dismissive to their customers. If you try to call them you are on hold for at least 15 minutes, and they usually just pick up and immediately hang up the phone. They really treat their customers like dirt ant that's not ok.
