AFC Urgent Care Revere

I had a wonderful experience with my provider Rita and Medical Assistant Brandon. They were both phenomenal and made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. The care I received was excellent, and they took the time to listen and address my concerns. What really stood out to me was the follow-up. Two days after my appointment, I received a call to check on how I was doing, which showed how much they truly care about their patients. Overall, it was a great experience. I’m very grateful for their kindness and professionalism. 10/10 — I highly recommend them!

Dr. Yuguo Ju is truly one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. From the moment he walked in, he made me feel completely comfortable, heard, and cared for. I came in feeling extremely sick and defeated, and he took the time to really listen to everything I was experiencing instead of rushing me. He explained things clearly, was compassionate, and immediately took action to help me feel better. Thanks to him, I finally started turning a corner and felt like I was actually healing. His bedside manner is incredibly calm, reassuring, and genuinely kind. I’m beyond grateful for his care. He was tremendous, and I can’t thank him enough. If you’re looking for a doctor who truly cares about their patients, Dr. Ju is absolutely amazing.

I was able to make an appointment for right away. They have an app to fill out the forms before you get there. I saw nurse practitioner, first name Young – he was really invested in helping me. He took his time and answered all my questions. I had no wait at all and the man at the front desk was polite and helpful. Also, I just had to pay my urgent care co-pay. (Heads up that some of the new urgent cares that are affiliated with the hospitals charge an outpatient hospital fee so for me that’s a bigger co-pay - and also this is why our insurance costs are going up!) I can’t say enough good things about this place! I went in for a toothache. The Dr. was upfront being honest that his field is not dentistry. He made me comfortable in his diagnosis and what he suggested as a plan until I could see my own dentist. He also recommended an emergency dentist incase things got worse and I needed that option.
