Worst worst experience ever .Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable experience. I went to Walgreens for urgent photo services and was refused assistance by an employee named Brittany, who claimed to be the manager. Despite clearly explaining that I was in a rush and had an immigration appointment the next morning, she refused to help and said she was “busy” with something else. While I was speaking to her, she walked away mid-conversation. That level of disrespect is unacceptable in any customer service environment. Another employee attempted to assist me, but Brittany stopped her and said they could not help because only two employees were working. I switched to this location because the one at Wakefield had horrendous lines and wait times. I needed to pick up my prescription and I was going by near the time that the pharmacy was supposed to be on break from 1:30 PM to 2pm. So I got in line and waited for them to open the drive-through at 2pm. After 22 minutes, I was able to get through to talk to a person in the store. Their response was, they did not know where the pharmacist was, and when it would reopen. I guess it’s time to switch pharmacies again.

Don't bother making an appointment for a flu or covid vaccine. The appointments mean nothing and they don't give you any priority in line. Go to another pharmacy instead.

I've never written a review for a pharmacy but this one has been consistently poor. The staff seems irritated that you bothered them, barely speak up or make eye contact. Any questions are responded with exasperation. I will be switching to a less convenient pharmacy. It has been this way for years and years, and I've just had enough of it. So many other options!

My wife has been using a brand name medication for many years and three months ago, all of a sudden manufacture decided to quit producing a specific dosage and so she has to go through painful approval and appeal process to get a lower dosage's same brand approved by her insurance company. With this location's Pharmacist Dr. Ajay's and staff Ms. Sophia's help, my wife was able to secure her 90 days' medication this afternoon. This is a thank you note from the bottom of our hearts. All of the employees work in this Walgreens shop deserve a break and big raise as well. Stay safe everyone. I'm sure we'll meet some of the same friendly staff again down the road.
