Walgreens Pharmacy

on hold for more than 45min so far today. still no answer. went in person after 4hrs of them saying my prescription would be ready, just for them to tell me they don't take my insurance. instead of calling me to let me know so I could get my prescription somewhere else, now I have to wait until tomorrow because it's too late in the day. and not only that, I have to go back in person to tell them to send my prescription somewhere else BECAUSE THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE! and of course, after going back in person, they told me I just need to have a different pharmacy contact them to send my prescription over, but that is NOT what they told me the first time i went in person....

Tried all day to get my prescription filled here and they could not seem to figure it out - I went in person twice and called and no one was able to help me get a very simple and common medication. I had my doctor resend the rx to Walmart and they had it filled within an hour…the people were very nice but nothing was accomplished and I spent my whole day trying to get it figured out - I would recommend going elsewhere if you can unfortunately.

I have gone to Walgreens pharmacy for vaccinations three times (with scheduled appointment), and all three times the wait - despite having an appointment - was between 45 and 90 minutes. They seemed very disorganized and we're not apologetic about the wait. One of the times my young son had to listen to other kids crying (who were scared of their own shots) the entire time, which did not help with his anxiety. Highly recommend getting your vaccines somewhere else.

Absolute cluster for drive through testing. Made an appt, but they were taking first come, first served drive ups with waits around 30min per car. Update: had to go back for another vaccination (non-covid). Scheduled an 11:30. Still not seen at 12:20. Appointments are a joke here.

You'll get stuck being told to circle around the drive thru, don't bother. Absolutely pathetic pharmacy wait times. 1 hour + if you're lucky
