Family Dental Associates

This is my second time visiting this office, and the second time having a great experience. For background: I dont have dental anxiety and previously worked in both oral surgery and general dentistry. The dental assistant (Penny? Polly? Im so sorry if I misremembered her name!) was so kind and made the visit super comfortable and easy. And Dr. Ha was great! Very good at communicating options and he is honest about his recommendations (vs you know, telling you to do the most expensive thing. Instead I felt Dr. Ha was genuinely giving me the best advice he could.) and more thorough on oral cancer screening than I’ve ever seen or had done on myself before - which I appreciated! Thank you so much for the best dentist visit I have ever had! Everyone was extremely personable, informative and patient. I especially appreciate Dr. Sullivan's extensive explanation of findings. She is the first dentist I have ever had show me the x-rays and photos and explain their significance! Hygienist Natasha was also very thorough, considerate and explanatory on the processes used and gum conditions. We consider ourselves very blessed to have found such an amazing team!!

This was my first visit, and everything exceeded my expectations. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and the staff is welcoming from the moment you walk in. Dr. Ha was incredibly kind, highly professional, and took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions. I felt completely comfortable and confident in the care I received—this is definitely a clinic I would recommend to anyone.

Excellent office. I love the hygienist and Dr. Sullivan. She always goes the extra mile in accommodating us with my son's college schedule. We really needed it this Xmas with my son's emergency visit. So grateful to have found her.
